I am the founder and owner of sprouts consultancy. Sprouts was developed due to the noticeable gap in the support for those in early childhood leadership roles. I provide a holistic and personalised approach to how I build their leadership capacity, knowledge and support network. I want to ensure the quality teachers remain in the sector, their health is protected, burnout is prevented and ensure they are continually striving for high quality within themselves and their service.
